Buy secondhand if you find a well-kept example at a low price — the Buzz Xtra was a genuinely capable all-terrain pushchair with air-filled tyres, adjustable suspension, reversible seat, and solid build quality. In its prime, it was one of the better family pushchairs available.
Don’t buy new — it is no longer sold through retailers. For a new all-terrain pushchair, the Out n About Nipper V5 and Mamas & Papas Ocarro 2 are the leading current alternatives worth considering.

The Quinny Buzz Xtra was one of Quinny’s flagship all-terrain models through the 2010s.
